Hi, I’m Noa. I started drinking specialty coffee properly in 2024 after a friend made me a pour-over that tasted like fruit, and I’ve been trying to recreate that cup at home ever since.

This blog started as a notebook so I’d stop losing recipes in my phone, and it’s still mostly that. I post when I’ve tried something enough times to have an opinion, which is not very often.

The name comes from my partner mispronouncing “cappuccino” on purpose for about a year until it stuck.
