A rough log of what I’ve been drinking. I buy mostly from two local roasters and the occasional bag friends bring back from trips. Notes are what I tasted, not what the bag said.

| Aug 2026 | Brazil, Cerrado, natural | Medium | Peanut, cocoa, low acidity. Easy espresso, great with milk. |
| Jul 2026 | Kenya, Nyeri, washed | Light | Blackcurrant, grapefruit. Sharp as espresso, lovely as filter. |
| May 2026 | Guatemala, Huehuetenango, washed | Medium | Milk chocolate, orange. Reliable house espresso. |
| Mar 2026 | Rwanda, washed | Light | Red berries, a bit of florals. One bag had a potato-defect bean, smelled awful. Rest was great. |
| Jan 2026 | Ethiopia, Sidamo, natural | Light | Very fruity, strawberry jam. Divisive at home. |
| Nov 2025 | Costa Rica, honey process | Medium-light | Brown sugar, stone fruit. One of my favourites this year. |
